Megalaxian Mining Consortium

The mining consortium is a large company of money hungry capitalists who scour the galaxy for crystal rich planets to mine. Due to increased agression on their mining routes, it’s common for them to employ ex-military troops and battle mechs to defend their operations.

Example Cards

siesmic manipulation - 16 cost, 6 tech requirement card with 10 power in all three lanes. Ability: Aftermath: Deal 1 damage to your opponents for every two cards in your mining lane, rounded down. Ore Hauler - 2 cost, 1 tech requirement card with 1 power in each lane. Ability: Aftermath: Gain a crystal (max: 8) for every card in your mining lane.

Cybernetic Collective

Cybernetic collective of mechanical beings that use crystals as a power source for their large libraries of information. They have advanced drones and satellites that are highly adaptable for mining, research, or destroying their enemies. Their mechanical deign makes them multi-purpose and they can re-deploy their forces rapidly to adapt to the current situation.

Example Cards

Drone Commander - 12 cost, 5 production requirement card with 6/7/6 power. Ability: When Played: Swarming (max: 5). (Swarm: For each drone in this lane, including this one, add a Boost token) Deploy: Basic cards count as drones for this turn. Jamming Satellite - 4 cost, 3 production requirement card with 2/2/3 power. Ability: Deploy: Disable a card with power equal to or less than the number of Satellites you control.

Caldor’s Brigadeers

Rough and ready guerilla warfare. A group of ex-millitary soldier’s band together under their commander Caldor to put their skills to use in the pursuit of a big pay-day. Take advantage of their numbers on the ground, or deploy their aerial superiority to take out your enemies and claim the bounty for your crew.

Example Cards

battalion - 7 cost, 3 production requirement card with 2 power in all three lanes. Ability: Deploy: Put 3 Basic Troopers from the deck into play in any lanes. Air Strike - 4 cost, 1 production requirement card with 1/2/2 power. Ability: Aftermath: You may destroy this card, if you do, destroy a card for each opponent with 3 or less power in it's lane.
